Most of our apartments are located in a single building, dating back to the beginning of the last century. The building itself is located in one of the central districts of Kyiv. Being the home to many diplomats, businessmen and government officials it is also one of the safest parts of the Capital. All of the apartments have been worked on by professional designers to bring them up to a standard where ordinary hotels cannot even compete. Expensive furniture, Spanish marble tiles for the bathrooms and high quality electrical equipment have all been hand-picked by our managers to ensure only the finest items even when you are taking a shower. All apartments are fitted with the standard household appliances, such as TVs (w/ cable), Hi-Fi systems and air conditioners - even professional chefs will be able to prepare gourmet dinners in our kitchens. The apartments also inc a telephone which you can use to make free local and low-rate international calls.
When you move in, your apartment is assigned a maid, which is in fact more like your Personal Assistant. Every day your sheets will done and apartment cleaned. In addition, she will also cook, do laundry and the shopping for you for a small fee.
