In order to make a reservation, please send us an e-mail where you need to specify the type of apartment you wish to reserve as well as exact dates of your stay. As soon as we receive your request, we will send you a formal authorisation form which will need to be signed and faxed back to us, at which stage your reservation will be activated. In the strength of high popularity among our customers, we are booked virtually throughout the year. We, therefore, strongly urge that you book at least 3-4 weeks in advance.
A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. Once the order is completed, you will be sent a form, which will need to be signed and faxed back to us before your reservation is activated. You can also secure your reservation by prepaying your first night via a Western Union money transfer. If you need to cancel your reservation the prepayment (excluding transfer charges) will be refunded provided that the guidelines in our cancellation policy are followed.
If you prefer not to secure your reservation either with a credit card or a Western Union money transfer, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be available before you arrive, as priority will be given to customers who have already done so. Should we need to resort to canceling your reservation, you will be notified 24 hours prior to it taking place.
If you wish to either cancel or change your reservation, you need to do so 72 hours in advance either by fax, phone or email. A non-refundable fee, equivalent to one night's stay will be debited from your credit card should you fail to cancel your reservation in advance or arrive on the day your reservation is due to begin.
If your message hasn't been answered by our reservation department within 12 hours, this indicates that your message has not been sent properly or couldn't be delivered. If that's the case, please resend it to or call our reservation department on +380 44 280-0850. Thank you.
